Experience:

With over 15 years of experience, I practice as an advocate and I lead strategic litigation at the Centre for Applied Legal Studies at the University of Witwatersrand, providing expert legal counsel and innovative leadership. I specialize in public law and commercial disputes. My practice covers complex litigation, corporate legal advisory, due diligence, M&A, and competition. I am recognized for my expertise in administrative and constitutional law, leading and collaborating with high-performing legal teams. I hold certifications in business development and executive leadership, bringing a dynamic approach to legal solutions. I have a track record of representing state owned entities, having regularly represented the Public Investment Corporation, as well as Eskom, Eskom Rotek Industries, and previously the Competition Commission of South Africa.
