Biography

Experience:

Adv S Kroep is an advocate and member of the Pretoria Society of Advocates, where she has practised since 2020. She is also a certified mediator and serves on the panel of ADR Network SA. Adv Kroep obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria and after completing two years of articles, was admitted as an attorney in February 2009. She subsequently worked as a legal advisor in the insurance industry from January 2009 until April 2013, before practising as an attorney for approximately six years. She was admitted as an advocate in April 2020. In addition to her legal qualifications, Adv Kroep holds a Diploma in Foundational Management from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Since commencing practice at the Pretoria Society of Advocates in October 2020, her practice has comprised a broad range of civil litigation, with particular experience in administrative law, contract law, insurance law, commercial law, family law, immigration matters and matters relating to the Road Accident Fund. Adv Kroep also has experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, particularly in the context of family and civil disputes.
