Biography

Experience:

1991 to June 2002: Employed by Department of Justice as State Prosecutor in the Magistrate’s Court Pretoria and later as Registrar & Senior Taxing Master in the High Court, Pretoria.

02 December 2002: Commence practice at Pretoria Bar.  Linda therefore has 24 years’ experience in Delictual claims, Medical Negligence, Commercial & Banking Law, Administrative Law, Liquor Law, Family Law, Law of Costs, Insolvency Law, Labour Law.

June 2020: Acting Judge High Court Pretoria.
