Experience:

Naomi Wagemaker holds a Bcom Law Degree (2005), LLB (2013) and a LLM specialising in Labour Law (2017). She further completed the Certificate in Labour Dispute Resolution Practice through the University of Stellenbosch (2019), as well as the Mediators Course through Conflict Dynamics (2026). Throughout her professional career, spanning over 20 years, she has worked in various roles within the field of Labour Law. From her initial position as a Legal Advisor to her last role, before joining the Pretoria Society of Advocates, as the Director of the Employee Relations Department at an Institution of Higher Learning.
